Michelle is currently a host and reporter on Yahoo Sports and MSG Networks. Before embarking on a career in broadcast journalism, Michelle attended Loyola University in New Orleans. There she fostered her passion for journalism, while working for the Loyola Maroon, an award-winning, student-run newspaper. Upon graduation, Michelle was the recipient of the A. Louis Reed Outstanding Electronic Media Student award.
Michelle began her career in San Diego, where she worked as a multimedia reporter for the San Diego Union Tribune as well as their cable affiliate, UT-TV. Michelle was a reporter and fill-in anchor, working daily with tribune beat writers to deliver topical stories as well as human interest pieces with a focus on the San Diego Padres and San Diego State football and basketball.
From there, Michelle moved to Tampa Bay to pursue a job as the sideline reporter and digital host for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Simultaneously, she worked as a correspondent on Fox Sports Florida broadcasts where she conducted pre and post game interviews with players and coaches as well as reported on current events in the community that surrounded the team and organization. Michelle also covered the college football sidelines for beIN Sports Network in 2017 before joining MSG Networks as a host and reporter on New York Red Bulls telecasts. She joined Yahoo Sports in 2018 as a host and reporter. Michelle also holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communication from Purdue University.
